I m actually blown away by the customer service I got my daughter a keyboard it arrived no damage no accidents just one of those things it was faulty I sent a video to them of the fault I had a new one at my door 4 days later The keyboard and all accessories are great quality I m amazed and pleased

I can t complete my purchase
I absolutely love the guitar I m a beginner and suspect the strings could maybe be a higher quality as they are a little twangy but on a lower budget to get a guitar like this is fantastic Lovely design and sound When I can afford it I would love to get the jazz style guitar cherry red model and Strat style guitars too Packaging was a little bashed by the courier but the guitar was undamaged

Great customer service
I can t complete my purchase I want to mail the product as a gift directly to my grand daughter I can t access an alternate address for mailing purposes I have three registered mailing addresses but can only access one I can change the billing address but that will not work as the purchase is intended as a gift and I don t want her to see the invoice I would like to add that I have made multiple purchases in the past from Donner and never had cause for complaint in fact the opposite is true have shared their details to my friends and family via Facebook I wouldn t have done so had had any doubts about the overall service and value for money
