Please stay away from the online version of IDP IELTS They fail to tell you the requirements or send you information prior to the tests The technology used for the tests are an absolute disgrace The tests lacks adequate tech support the staff exhibits complete disregard for accountability and readily shifts blame on to participants despite the fact that the participants are ones funding their salaries When the software fails you re given 5 minute to log in their software update takes 5 minutes so there is no win Re scheduling is not an option participants must pay again It feels like they have released some beta version of the online test platform and the participants are penalized for the failures of their system These tests are not regulated or no legislature around them so far so avoid these thieving crooks by all means Choose British council tests where possible Their staff exhibit greater respect and accountability towards the program and the associated software

This place is a scam stay away I paid over 300 euros First the login for the speaking test did not work for three times in a row Then with the writing reading listening part they had outrageous demands about the room I was sitting in I had to cover up a tv that was situated five meters from my table facing in the opposite direction then I was asked to remove the paintings from the wall In the end I didn t get my results because the connection failed and they said I didn t do the tests even though I completed every single bit of it This place should be banned from offering tests I lost the money and still don t have an official test result

My nephew signed up for the online exam They cancelled his exam bc he hadn t uploaded his passport They kept the registration fee and refused to apply it to a future exam

Unprofessional non serious consultant

Consultant at IDP Pakistan karachi branch who is handling my case for UK studies is so unprofessional and has a very non serious behaviour She doesn t answer my texts or my calls doesn t even explain anything to me or clear my concerns and super rude and when i ask to explain something to me she says i don t have time I will never ever recommend IDP to anyone and i hope IDP Pakistan takes action against that non serious consultant

IELTS IDP Gold coast I have always scored 8 OR 8 5 in IELTS speaking and I only had a problem with writing So they gave me a young boy who was inexperienced in the manner of conducting the exam He was so nervous had a shaky voice and rushing me through the test After I complained on the manner which the speaking test was conducted All they said was I should have complained before leaving the centre so they could give me another examiner They are after people s money and are playing with people s future They give you inexperienced examiner who have no clue how to conduct a speaking test I am so disappointed in the IELTS IDP test centre in Gold coast They should train novice examiner better before they send them to conduct a test for people Having an Australian accent does not make you better than ESL s
