Projects take nearly a year so you pay months before you receive the goods But then they do not seem to come Very poor customer service The have your money o they dont care

Fantastic company to deal with Ordered 2 puzzle boxes on 20th December which were delivered on 24th from Germany to Scotland Confirmation quickly received of order with tracking details provided so could easily see delivery progressWould fully recommend and will use again The puzzle box items are amazing and look really good quality and the service and delivery provided was impressiveThanks to IDventure

Great products Initially payment went wrong but was quickly resolved
I placed an order paid with iDEAL money was transferred from my bank account but the order was not succesful After contacting customer service they said the bank account number my monwy was transferred to was unknown to them Also they informed to contact my bank to get back the money impossible in my experience and they therewith closed my case Update The customer service helped me out eventually and my money was transferred back to me Later I did place my order but at another webshop Their products are great and of high quality
