Customer service sucks to the 100th

Customer service sucks to the 100th power shipping time really really sucks communication is like waiting on a brick wall to respond but they are very quick to take you money they have great communication when it comes to keep requesting your payment repeatedly equipment quality is garbage I will be creating a blog about customer experiences with this company IEHK com if your looking for a great stand up honest company to do business with I would not recommend IEHK LLC and all the positive reviews are from salesman for that company I have done my research and plus they have no kind of phone number were you can reach anyone

BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE

BEWARE I received a FRANKENSTINE PRINTER Do not purchase from them I repeat I am out 3k 3 years ago and I have a printer that 2 printer repair companies say is not a printer but parts put together If anyone here wants to joining me to make sure this COMPANY doesn t screw anyone else please email me peopleagainstIEHK at gmail com This should not be able to happen to us When I purchased there were good reviews as I see now they are robot reviews

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

We ordered 3 machines from IEHK 2 CNC routers and a laser engraver we clearly stated 1 of the CNC routers was for use in the USA the other 2 machines were not All 3 machines were configured to European current Additionally they stacked the vacuum for one of the routers on top of the other destroying the top they said we need to fix it ourselves they broke it they had to have seen they broke it before they shipped and told us deal with it Every machine was broken in some way and I have no doubts it happened before they shipped Who knows if any of the machines actually work I doubt it they were all damaged and or poorly constructed

No tech support

Their tech support is aweful and is only by email Their website said out of Delaware but it was out of China I have asked for the manual for this printer and it was a different printer with fewer options and different positions than in manual

I purchased laser machine from this place snd their customer service is extremely poor Almost one year and I still can t get a technician to assist with the setup If you can avoid purchasing from this company don t I am about lose all that money by purchasing from omtech or xtool I could return this garbage equipment but I am too far it would cost too much Stay away from iehk

Dishonest Reprentation

This company represents themselves as a US company with warehouses and they don t drop ship but the printer we bought was shipped direct from Hong Kong They sent the wrong printer which didn t include the full set of ink that the one we ordered did so had to convince them of that which is difficult since all communication is from China Never received any sort of instruction manual either so not sure if we even will be able to figure out how to use it
