I have hosted websites with them for years Mostly I don t have any problems Sometimes I have some issues or questions but their support is really good responding fast and solving everything I am still with them and I don t plan to change my hosting provider

Web and Mail Hosting with iFastnet - My Story

I recently decided not to run my own Apache HTTP servers which were hosting my web sites and mail service I wanted to find a hosting company that was economic and with good support where I could place my web sites and mail service relieving me of the responsibility of uptime I decided to give iFastnet a try and went ahead with a year s Premium service as a trial I have to report that the installation was a breeze the web hosting and mail service is fine and equally as good as hosting on my own servers The support is excellent I read here that others are not so enthusiastic but I can only comment on my personal experience which has been par-excellent I trust that this professional hosting company will continue to provide me with this level of service as I intend to upgrade my services package with iFastnet on the basis of the support to date

Good prices and quality

iFastNet is my hosting since 2013 I got Starter Premium plan and it s among cheapest that I know For not so large dynamic web sites it s good enough The support is responsive Recently I had a problem with a long server response times So we had a long dispute with a support guy but finally he found the problem My Joomla cache appears to work slower than iFastNet MySQL server Go figure After disabling my Joomla cache the site is flying again Well I recommend iFastNet to my friends PS If you use e-mail accounts from iFastNet shared hosting check if your mails have SPF and DKIM signatures Check for example by free services such as dkimvalidator com or allaboutspam com Without those signatures your emails can often go to spam folders So you might need to set those signatures in your DNS editor
