Fantastic service products and prices the whole 3 years we ve been ordering from them We order from the US to New Zealand Excellent service and fast delivery every time even from so far away And no issues at all in 3 years of ordering from them They also recently refunded me for an item where there was no legal requirement for them to but they recognised their mistake and fully refunded me with no problems Excellent service and especially for such a big company We can t recommend them enough Thank you so much Iherb we love you 3 3 3 3

Ignore all the fake 1-star reviews with their outrageous accusations which are probably coming from their less fortunate competitors This is a great company Their prices are unbeatable and shipping is usually within a few hours after purchase I live in the Netherlands pay only 4 for shipping and receive my orders within a day or four No company can beat that

Wow There s a Lot of People Projecting

There s a lot of people projecting here wow I ve made 3 orders over the last 3 years with no issues in regards to shipping or product quality What I saw is what I got Plus my orders came on time Granted I could understand issues with customer service After a brief chat it was clear to me that English wasn t the rep s first language but my question was quickly sorted out I can t personally comment on the swaths of people who d disagree with me about iHerb being a good company but they ve done right by me over the years

Thought I d add my 20 years of good experiences

I was reading about bad experiences with iHerb on Reddit and thought I d add my good experiences because I find them super reliable here in California and my dad and I have been ordering from them since around 2003-2004 I ve never had an issue with them and find them light years faster and easier to order my Korean and Japanese skincare from I wish their selection was larger though I ve always received fresh vitamins and their discounts for members make their prices on pretty much everything much better than Amazon I just placed another order yesterday morning on the 4th of July and got a shipping notification in the afternoon Labeled only of course but still like what But I m used to getting my orders quickly from them This time I stocked up on K J toners and some makeup

Only after ordering from iHerb I looked up the reviews and got scared because of the horrible experiences I ve had no problems at all Shipping took around a week to Budapest Hungary 2-3 days before estimated delivery date and I had to pay no customs fee I ve paid around 56 EUR for the ordered products So it was all fine for me

Smooth transaction no problems will buy from again

No problems much cheaper than competitors and fast shipping delivered on the 6th working day after the order was placed Reviews from other customers made me nervous of ordering but I m glad I did

Ordered some oils

Ordered some oils got a discount and items arrived in about a week Items came from the USA and was delivered to N Ireland There were no additional taxes with customs VAT tax was paid on purchase From this experience i would recommend this company to others

Good package before time
