Ordering is straight forward and follow-up afterwards is very good Even 6 weeks after receiving delivery when I thought I had a problem the customer service were very good both on telephone and email and got me back on track very quickly Definitely happy to recommend the business to anyone

Had a few issues with the scooter but IHoverboard resolved the issue and sent out a free helmet My son loves the scooter

Orders 2 electric scooter for my boys came very quickly but was miss My the chargers Got I touch with customer service and they solved my query very fast 2 replace the chargers or give me a refund for to replace my self But chose to have the chargers to be sent to me They said they will be delivered within 2 day Great service

This Scooter Rocks

Easy set up when I got the scooter in the mail I was on the road in 30 minutes All the lights work properly headlight turn signals brake lights side lights all the way around the board are just beautiful Lights up like a Christmas tree Very sturdy with a real nice smooth ride Charges up nicely and goes at least 20 miles per charge even further without using the lights Outstanding customer service Replied almost immediately through email Sent me a new headlight I unplugged the old one put the new one on and I was good to go Folds up in seconds for traveling Great value for the money I will definitely buy another one in the future Thanks again for keeping me safely on the road or off the road daytime or night time
