We googled electric scooters I hoverboard came up I read reviews but stupidly did not go on trust pilot We ordered as all reviews were great Placed order so very easy Now not had one email to confirm the order but took 395 from us This was 11 days ago not a thing Unable to contact them the number just keeps ringing Email no o e replies Now we are having to see if our credit card company can help as they have scammed us Please do not order from them Please

This company is a scam they take your money and don t send you anything It is impossible to get hold of them No replies to emails phone just rings out to an answerphone message telling you in broken English that you in a queue and they will get back to you The depot in near West brom does not exist They are scamming scum of the earth

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

A very untrustworthy retailer do not spend your money here I purchased a Hoverboard from this company for my son last Christmas and 5 MONTHS LATER he still doesn t ihoverboard com took my money and then emailed to say the board I had brought was out of stock As it was too late to buy one from company I agreed to an alternative they offered When this arrived it was broken It took me 2 months of arguing with them to finally get agreement to send it back to be fixed 5 months later and I have still don t have it returned and each time I contact them which has been at least once a week chasing for a refund I am told a different excuse They are totally unreliable and should not be trusted

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal The hoverboard turned up in a good time however on the second use the thing started bleeping and then flipped My son whose birthday present it was was thrown to ground and the hoverboard continued to somersault on the floor Have emailed the company 4 days ago and tried calling every day and haven t replied Not sure what to do next legal action I suppose

unpleasant experience not a serious company I have been asking them for 3 weeks to send me a label to return a scooter that I bought and it is defective They are very difficult to answer and they insist on giving me products only to give up the return request so it is clear that they know that the products are not of quality They are very unserious they don t respect customers I m still waiting for the return

This company is a scam Avoid Bought a scooter worked once and then never turned on again took months of emailing different email addresses to get a reply to be told it was faulty but I would have to pay for a replacement battery to be posted or get it fixed at my own cost I ve tried calling different numbers just goes straight to voicemail no one calls you back totally ignored paid 395 for a scooter for a present for my son he is unable to use No customer service when I said I wasn t paying any extra I ve had no reply

Beware - This Company trades under different names

This is the same company as ihoverboard co uk - Reposting this feedback as it will save you a lot of hassle time and your money if you avoid placing an order with either site Absolute scammers passing refurbed items off as newAbsolute scammers - beware of purchasing from this company they send defective refurbished iscooters selling as new they dont work cant be recharged and when contacting to resolve they avoid your emails and calls until the 30 day period has passed and then they will engage want to fix your item rather than refund they eventually do take it back offering repair first but when they cant do that your are told you get a replacement - ours arrived yesterday in worse condition than the one we returned Total waste of time multiple calls emails and a grandson with no scooter for several months - avoid this company at all costs were now taking this up with trading standards and will need to go to small claims court to recover our money If it was possible to leave a review with less than 1 star I would Date of experience 02 October 2024
