Been with IINET for 5 years now internet mobile their service customer service is excellent Previously I had to go to the Ombudsman twice over Telstra issues then Optus allocated me a mobile number that had an outstanding debt on it that s why I switched to IiNet

any time I have an issue either actual or perceived I have found IInet staff friendly and helpful to any of issues I have brought to them 99 fixed on the first contact only once has there been a 2nd contact required

Account log-in issues

I was having trouble with logging in to my account The service agent was patient and helpful solving the issue even after he had the same issue I was having He found a workaround and had it fixed in minutes

Getting NBN for business couldn t be easier

I signed up for iinet business all I had to do was ring their sales line answer a cuple of minutes questions and the process was complete a NBN business account with email

Rapid resolution of mobile service problem

We experienced a failure to register by both mobiles I contacted technical support by land line I got immediate response and was told technicians where working on the system full and improved service was restored later that morning and signal that has generally been poor in our area for all mobile services seemed to be improved
