Very responsive fast and professional service
Recently engaged ILA for Independent Legal Advice on a personal guarantee and a deed of postponement - a requirement from my lender on the purchase of a care home They were very responsive and efficient right from the beginning to the end and Luke was brilliant in providing in advice to me and the other directors I would not hesitate to work with ILA again in the future

A high quality professional experience
I was referred to ILA to get a quick ILA certificate for an additional borrowing mortgage application They were very professional from start to finish took me through the process and what to expect I experienced a lot of delays due to my bank but ILA kept me updated whenever they had new information and expedited the process whenever they could
