Ilana s Method is unlike any other program I ve experienced in my life thus far I ve tried quite a few and this program left me speechless It delivered more than it promised and even more than I had expected Simply put It is LIFE-CHANGING I don t believe I have ever felt better in my own skin until now It s the total package of mind body connection I am no longer at war with my body that was my biggest awakening moment for me I actually LOVE what I see in the mirror now Thank you Ilana for creating such a POWERFUL PROGRAM

I joined Ilana s Method IM to align my body and release any stored trauma Before IM I explored various coaching and spiritual programs however I never experienced the level of awareness release and integration like I have with this program I am embodying a new grounded liberated me in all aspects of my life from the inside out I love Ilana s multidimensional holistic approach which positively impacts all my being mind body spirit Very appreciative and happy to be a part of IM

I have been having such a time writing this review Genuinely it s difficult to put into words how the program has impacted my life This program s foundation is based on education love respect and acceptance so when your walk away with a renewed sense of self AND you also have abs and an that won t quit it s a beautiful thing I assure you this is not someone whose friend said hey you re fit go show case that on social media This is someones life s work that she is sharing with women to truly permanently make their lives better If you think it s too hard to put forth effort into this everyday or it s too hard to part with the money to pay for it You need to remember which is what this program enforces Is that you are more than those circumstances and don t let yourself be tricked by something being intimidating It s just new I would really encourage anyone looking for a transformation to take the time time to save if you need to I did I stopped a lot of idle social stuff and took 3 months to save This is a practice to reset and get back on track to the femininity that something greater than ourselves intended us to be Ilana did a thing

Ilana s method is hands-down the most well thought out approach to mental and physical well-being on the market today to achieve being pain-free and having the strongest hottest body ever I have studied yoga Pilates weightlifting and a plethora of different styles of fitness which aims to achieve pain free living Ilana s method is the only one that delivers I have experienced car accidents and I am a retired massage therapist who had been experiencing chronic neck and upper body pain After three months of working with Ilana I m in the greatest shape ever and pain-free Ilana s method and Ilana herself is a gift to humanity I advise any woman to try her method

I am beyond grateful for having found Ilana s Method My entire life has changed for the better It s not just the feeling you get from a slimmer waistline and more flexibility It s a confidence felt so deep within that when you walk into a room all the men stand up It s a glow so bright that it feels like the sun was made to shine directly on you regardless of the weather At the height of the pandemic I weighed 180 lbs refused to take pictures and barely left my house I m now 123 lbs 46 years old and look and feel like I m 26 I ve healed years of trauma have a body I adore and am the happiest and healthiest I ve ever been Ilana s method is the perfect trifecta of nutritional guidance Zoom classes live and recorded and an amazingly supportive online community Thanks to IM I m AGING BACKWARDS and finally LIVING MY BEST LIFE

Simply life changing for life I delay in writing as I m not sure that I can capture every magical epic revolutionary transcendental transformative spiritual aspect about Ilana and the family and program around the globe she s created Ilana is a goddess and an Angel and has cornered the perfect quadrant of all things possible in exploiting the optimal functioning of our mind body and soul I ve learned right away that this is my last and final stop for all dreams and aspirations I have for myself and the best version of myself I simply cannot do justice with my life altering and surreal experience I ve done years and years of research and have been passionate for as long as I can remember about the power of our bodies to heal and thrive And Ilanas method is nothing short of perfecting everything It s with love gratitude appreciation and light that I share this review

lana s Method transformed me inside out and that is why I call this program my Last Bus Stop Upon joining I had no idea I was in for a total transformation Since joining i successfully got rid of my gut health issues and separated abdominals which I suffered for 9 years after childbirth and in the process gained a six pack My daily life activities are now done with so much energy I feel so much happier and more present with my family or in my business and all of these noticeable changes started happening from week three of joining the program I also corrected my poor forward posture to a graceful posture got toned arms legs and glutes improved my eyesight and finally became confident for the first time in my life I love my new level of flexibility looking in the mirror feeling like a model but most of all I must say the feeling of youthfulness and peace inside surpasses all I feel 20 years younger I never felt so good or got so many compliments And I was not expecting to experience next level orgasms I thought I had an amazing love life with my husband but this is something I can t even describe it s electric I am thankful to Ilana for all her love hard work care dedication encouragement coaching and heart she put into everyone in the program and making it a safe place for women to transform our bodies from a broken place to invincible I could not ask for more Ilana s method changed my life forever and I am a new woman Now my theme song is UNSTOPPABLE
