Overall good experience
Generally I am satisfied with the service of Il Covo del Nerd I rate with 4 stars for the following reasons 1 After my order was processed and sent I did not receive a tracking number and yes I always check my spam Unfortunately Il Covo del Nerd did not reply to my relevant mail in a timely manner After several days I sent a second mail My second mail was answered swiftly and a tracking number was provided to me 2 The sealed MTG products I received had minor imperfections here and there in their packaging e g were a bit creased or slit in some spots The products arrived a bit late I ordered from outside Italy - from Greece - so it was an international shipment but I think that was due to Christmas holidays I have to mention that the eshop has a tremendous variety of products which is amazing Also it is worthy of mentioning the fact that the packaging was adequate for product security in terms of condition preservation A box full of air bubble sheet in which the products were placed To conclude with I think that my experience with Il Covo del Nerd was really good and I am sure that I will buy again from their eshop
