LI was searching around trying to find the best price for tenant find Dixon s purple bricks etc were all quoting 400-600 inc VAT which was extortionate I came across ILOVEHOMES and found they did it for 199 including vat which is a no brainer Lee owner came out on the day he was also moving house himself so he sacrificed that to come and see me to start the process The whole team was amazing credit to Charlotte who was also having medical problems but still showed great work ethic to help me find a tenant in 5 days This company provides a personalised family approach who I HIGHLY recommend to all landlords and tenants Regards Abz p s my next property I will be using you 100 percent
