Excellent service They didn t have the size I ordered in their hoody so offered to send me a smaller one which they felt would fit me or said I could wait a couple of weeks or select anpther type I chose the smaller and they personally delivered it to me the next day and it was a perfect fit Lovely packaging and excellent quality I will be buying more as gifts for sure

Amazing personal service
Amazing personal service - Christian replied to my email quickly even though he was away on holiday I needed delivery by Wednesday after the Bank Holiday Monday for a birthday gift and it arrived on Tuesday I also enquired about a poster of the Cardiff Bus Song lyrics as I thought this would make a nice gift for an ex-Cardiffian and he said he would look into getting one made - that ll be Christmas sorted for a few friends if he can manage it
