Are they still trading
Have used this company before and always found them reliable One of the switches I bought several years ago has now gone wrong and I ordered a replacement on 31 October which has not yet arrived Similar experience to other recent reviews regarding difficulty in contacting them Does not look good If they have ceased trading continuing to advertise and take money must be fraudulent

This company is diabolical i ordered over 3 weeks ago no email used chat bot but now that doesn t work think this company gone bankrupt I cant even find them on companies house Order hasn t even been processed Is there anyone out there who can find a number for them or lives close so we can bombard them

SCAMMERS
Oh dear So I placed an order for spotlights on 7th Nov expected them to arrive It s now 13 and no delivery Shows as pending on SHOP app and had a reply from Mick on Monday to say Will go down to the warehouse find out what the delay is but nothing since No contact number have emailed repeatedly for a refund and still nothing I ve became suspicious and then found everyone experience on here Too late for my 52 order TOTAL SCAM They should be shut down online trading as they came up on google search Update promised a refund following this review then SHOP app is updated as refunded - 5 days later no REFUND in the bank

The title of The Most Unreliable Switch Company in the Country
All switches in my house are Lumos I have problems with three I have tried to communicate with them over the last few MONTHS and the best I have achieved is an automated reply As some of the switches are two or three way and they are not compatible with other switches In fact they make two different models which look identical but are not compatible the outcome of the exercise means that almost every switch in my house will require to be replace as over ninety percent of them are linked to another one There should be a Lower star rating to cover this From June till now even if they don t take the slightest notice of any communication

Don t use them
Don t use them From all the other reviews and my experience it seems they will send you same broken switch then after numerous emails will tell you that they will send you replacement arrange for broken one to be returned and you won t hear anything from them again Total SCAM Phone number doesn t work Web chat no reply and you mights get some sketchy reply on an email after a week or so and then silence

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service I ordered the outdoor strip lights which have a fault Started smoking and burning after I switched them on for a few minutes Scary as I have a young daughter who could have touched them if I didn t see it Spoke to Mick a few times and he advised he will send new item instead No apology no explanation and still waiting for the replacement 2 months on I have emailed asking for a contact number and emailed several times he will reply every so often I will be taking this further and getting legal help as this is theft
