Great service
Chris helped us through the process of getting a mortgage agreed for our first house He was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions about the whole house buying process When it came to making the mortgage application he handled all the details which was invaluable in dealing with complicated details in our pay slips like car allowance bonuses etc We were kept updated with the progress of the application and it only took one week from sending off the application to getting the mortgage offer Definitely worth it for the advice and help alone especially if you re new to buying property

Great service- we are repeat customers
We previously used Dan when purchasing our flat in 2019 and have recently used him again for our new purchase Dan is super helpful and super quick We fully trust Dan and we re very glad with how patient he is in answering all of our questions Whilst I really don t want to move again anytime soon I know that if we do move we will use Dan again for sure I cannot recommend him enough

The best service I have ever had
I contacted IMAB back in 2020 and recently completed on a flat with their assistance Karen and her team were an absolute dream to work with I couldn t have asked for more They went above and beyond to answer all my queries and help me with my mortgage plus other policies I needed Would 100 recommend to anyone

Carol provided a thorough professional but also friendly service in a stressful time of trying to buy a house whilst interest rates were rising carol ensured we got the best possible rates by being quick and decisive If any friends or family are looking to purchase a house I will be sure to recommend IMAB
