I was given a very badly water damaged 100 year old hand tinted sepia photograph by a friend to see what I could do This had significant sentimental value Contacted Neil at Photo Restoration Services within hours he had been able to supply a proof of the sepia photograph literally in perfect condition The hard copies followed in the post as promised

Neil restored an old black and white

Neil restored an old black and white photo of my father in his RAF uniform from some time in the mid 1940 s It is fair to say that the photo was in a pretty sorry state but firstly Neil was able to digitally restore it and then to colourise it using a couple of more recent photos showing the colour of my fathers eyes and a jacket ribbon showing the colours of his medal ribbons The result is amazing and certainly surpassed all my expectations Apart from his advice and help to be able to achieve the final result Neil s communication and customer service were exemplary Highly recommend

I can highly recommend this company They restored a 76 year old photograph the surface of which had disintegrated into cracked narrow strips many of which had moved into an image which looked better than the original Not only was the quality of the work excellent but from first contact to having the photograph back on display took 24 hours I have nothing but praise for their highly professional work

69-Year old damaged and badly scratched negatives

Until you find yourself in the situation I don t think you can fully appreciate the miracle of what Neil and image-restore have achieved My Dad passed away in November 2023 and whilst sorting or trying to his personal belongings among a great deal of things were individual odd sized negatives badly scratched and in one case a great big purple mark across the whole negative I did recognise that the figure was my Dad so I sent four negatives off to see what Neil could do Excellent communication throughout fast service and tracked postage throughout I cannot express the gratitude pride and overwhelming urge to show everyone the returned pictures The negatives are 69 years old for a start If you are in any doubt about seeking out a photo image restoration I urge you to have the courage and send them off to Neil and see what he can do with them

Amazing old photo restored from a picture of a photo

Sent a very old photo to Neil asking for restoration and some colour changes unfortunately I couldn t send the original and I only had a photo of the photo in question I wasn t sure what Neil could do but I thought whatever he could do would probably take him weeks Within a 24 hours he had sent me a proof of a transformed photo and the day after a final proof with some tweaks I had asked for and an additional version with a Christmas theme I was so impressed they are fantastic and the prints are superior quality too I m so happy with the results and can t recommend Neil enough Thank you so much

A positive experience

Neil has completed an amazing restoration on my photo It was in a real mess originally as it has stuck to the frame glass and ripped It is now like new with wonderful focus and colour Neil communicated promptly throughout keeping me up to date on progress I am so happy with the results Thank you Neil

AMAZING and SUPER SPEEDY photo colourisation enhancement

Neil was amazing - I was absolutely blown away by the quality and speed of his work I asked him to colourise and enhance some old black and white family photographs containing some now-deceased relatives and the results were incredible It was all sorted in less than a few hours Thank you SO much

I would highly recommend Neil and his photo restoration service I emailed an old wedding photo to be restored to its original glory as a Christmas present for my parents and Neil quickly worked his magic and sent me a proof copy for review The original arrived in the post shortly afterwards Very good service and I will definitely use him again

Brilliant Service and Result

I found an old photo folded in a purse I hadn t used for a long time it had a crease and a tear down the middle and had been cut smaller I contacted Neil to ask if he could repair it and resize it he responded promptly with the cost and agreed to do the work he repaired the crease and tear restored the colour and extended the photo to it s former size I was delighted when I saw the proof copy it was exactly like the original but better quality The print arrived today and is perfect it was packed well and I was pleased to see that he recycles his packaging I wouldn t hesitate to use this company again
