We can truly say we have had an exceptional experience with Imagine Living in particular with Sosi Ross Melanie Pratt They have both made the process of buying our first home feel like a personal one and having interacted with other teams we realise they are sky high above the norm With their personal and relational approach we have never just felt like numbers Nothing has been too much for them we feel they genuinely cared about us and their communication has always been outstanding When aspects of our purchase became challenging through no fault of theirs they were the encouraging voices that kept us going They both went out of their way to help make this happen for us so we can t thank them enough Great team thank you - we would give 10 Stars if we could

Imagine living was excellent - they held my hand through the renting process It made what was complicated so easy and stress free They gave me all the information I needed to make a decision Justina was fantastic and provided excellent customer service that was far and above what I expected My only critique was I had to call them when I didn t hear back but they were fantastic and getting back to me to explaining why there was a delay Great agents keep up the good work
