First of all i want to say thank you for considering me for this golden oppurtunity further more i will be glad to be in the united state as soon as visa is issued well to be honest it was a surprise for me when you call me from the USA becuase till now i have tried to come to USA but i didnot succeed yet i have triad for scholarship but didnot work additionally i have tried DV but didnot work at all let me mention few words what has surprised me till now before i came to korea i have tried many ways as i have mentioned above hence when i recieve your call weather you make it or not it was like shocking news to my ear and i felt that i am there with u in USA When i came to korea i never thought of immigration other than living in my country but things changed at speed of light in an expected way that war was started in northern part of ethiopia Tigray region well i will call it Genocide over the people of tigray by the Ethiopian Amhara local militia and Eritrean Army as u can see this genocidal war has cuased death of many civilians not only death but also massive displacement of people both internally with in tigray and external immigration to sudan Imagine what will happen to me if i were there in the place where genocide is commited as i am Tigrean Ethiopian living and working in tigray region so coming to korea has saved my life as well as acquiring knwolege wich will help me in my future carrer On the other hand i wish i could be there to play my role atleast give medical service to injured or those who are in need The efffect of war in tigray region has cuased mass starvation of around 6 million people they are short of basic needs like food shelter medicine and safe water This genocidal war looks like what Germany did to the Jewish people when Jewish immigrants founded the Ashkenazi Jewish community The community survived under Charlemagne but suffered during the Crusades Accusations of well poisoning during the Black Death 1346 53 led to mass slaughter of German Jews and they fled in large numbers to Poland The Jewish communities of the cities of Mainz Speyer and Worms became the center of Jewish life during medieval times Mind u what is happening in tigray is what has happened to the Jewish people 10th centurya and what has happened to rewanda but this was done while the world was blind about human right offcoures should never happen and never think of doing it at all Coming to tigray why is the world silent at this century where there is human right advocacy and united nation where they can protect civillains and genocide not only that they didnot even call it genocide to what is happening in tigray why i mentioned about tigray is to say all about your call was a surprise for me once i finish fellowship program in february 28 2022 i dont know where i will end up becuase there is one option only going back home or if they extend my training to stay here in south korea well to go back to Ethiopia Tigray where the whole region is in starvation and complete siege where there is no telecomminaction service Bank service education salary and still ongoing war every wherein the region may not be possible unless peace is restored Generally finishing visa process to USA means Golden oppurtunity for me if u can make it please do it dont ask me like would u like to come to America of course yes million yes Help me to say again what has happened to Jewish people and rewanda tutsi never happen again in any corner of the world let me close my eassy by saying humanity matters not only black life but also white life as well no one on earth should die of COVID -19 or War thats why humanity matters irrespective of race ethinicty and coulour Stop genocide in tigray after all the world has to calll to what is happening on the people of tigray Genocide Sincerely
