Been a pleasure to work with
From the purchase of the package of store and 4 weeks of Facebook ad management The imperial Ecom team have been outstanding from the beginning through to the Facebook ad management setup Sarah A was my first point of contact and answered every question and concern I had regarding purchasing the package The store I purchased looks great and is everything they said it would be Then paired with my ad manager Mauro who has had clear and effective communication with me to ensure the ads are setup and running correctly I ve yet to see any sales come through 1 day into running ads Hopefully the products the store is built with are winning and the ad management continues to bring success with the store

I was sceptical at first with Imperial
My experience with Imperial has been great The store they built for me looks great and working with my ad manager Mauro has been fantastic He is great at walking you through the whole process with patience and very clear communication Highly recommend Mauro and the team for your e-commerce needs

I was sceptical at first with Imperial Ecom but after a while talking to an awesome person in the company and my ads manager we can finally begin the life changing process It is difficult but Mouro always got my back he always make sure im in a good spirit thanks to everybody

I am very impressed
I am very impressed with the speed in which they created a great looking site for me The communication from Sarah and the team has been excellent and everything is moving along just like they said it would I previously paid 30 times more for a site that isn t half as nice and for much less communication I couldn t be happier at this point
