Deplorable

Paul and his team have ruined my immigration case he never did anything he promised me in his initial conference His team is as useless as him they don t know what is the case about and treat every case the same the appeal bundle they created could have been prepared by a 10 years old they never proof read my witness statement I was charged for the copy of the appeal bundle to be supplied to me which is till date not given to me They ignored over 100 calls and did not prepare my bundle appropriately The people I dealt with are Paul Ash Dasha Malik KarishaPaul He doesn t communicate with the client at all including calls texts emails even though he promised me in the initial conference he would stay in touch meet me 10 days before the hearing and he would be doing all the legal work by himself and promised me again he would be in-touch when he took the payment from me This was his tactic to hook me on in his con and take the money from me The office never knows what they need to do and Paul stays out of contact with them too My file was prepared by his office team who had no clue what Paul had promised me in the conference and they added unnecessary documents which has caused delays in the process On the day of hearing when I was expecting him to answer my questions as he has not been in contact since he took the payment and I expected him to be prepared to fight for me in the court He came to the court late at 11 45am and instead of finding a conference room to discuss my case with me he was worried about leaving the court at 2Pm and went straight to the reception asking them to arrange things for him so he can leave at 2pm as he has to reach London by 3PM and pick his child up from school When reception told him he is late and it is not possible to guarantee they can fit my case before 2pm he starting convincing me to adjourn my hearing and ask for it to be relisted I was shocked at his disorganised conduct He had charged me 1200 for that hearing and he had audacity to ask me to adjourn it and expect to be relisted in 4 months time I had clearly told Paul in the initial conference I am not looking to drag my case as I have not visited my family for good 7 years I want to go ahead with this appeal hearing and I do not wish to go to Upper Tribunal or any other court if the appeal did not succeed He was extremely unprofessional and was only focused on getting back to London at 3pm even though he had charged me for the whole day 10AM till 4PM Ash She separates herself from any matters and can never resolve any issue she is good at making false promises too Dasha She never knows what s going on and has to ask the client to call back which will not be answered for next few days Malik Ask him a simple thing and he will complicate it and mess it like a pro the guy is missing from the office for over a month and surprisingly he is the only one who knows where my file is and even after paying the admin charge for that file to be returned to me nobody can return me that file Karisha Very good at defending Paul s mess and has no interest in listening to client s

Horrible experience

Deplorable I have to agree with everything stated by Ammar Ashique in the review posted below It has been my very same experience Stay away from this den of cons if you want to keep your sanity in what is an already very challenging situation I placed great faith in Mr Turner during my initial paid meeting with him only for him to prove NOT to be a man of his word After making initial payment they have done NOTHING absolutely NOTHING with regards to my case Those in the office are most rude and disrespectful giving a lot of lip and attitude when you try to seek any clarity with regards to your case Mr Turner NEVER responds or replies to any emails messages does not keep in contact with his office staff and No One knows what the heck is happening They are all too happy to take your payment and then DO NOTHING They will cause you nothing but a world of grief I m not one to post unfavourable online reviews but how they have treated and handled my case since taking initial payment is nothing but shameful and abhorrent Mr Turner promised me a reply to my mail for Mon Dec 2nd Its to be a fortnight now and I m yet to have anything of a response Yet SO very shamefully holding onto my payment It s like Mr Paul Turner has gone MIA I chose IC unwittingly based on the online reviews but I could and would NOT recommend them to anyone following my experience with them Avoid them like the plague if you want to keep your peace and maintain your sanity in already difficult circumstances I WILL be referring the matter to the Bar Standards Board Truly and utterly shameful Equates to none other than daylight robbery when a law firm takes payment and then does not keep to their initial word of promise to work ardently and with diligence on your behalf Shameful

The services which I received by Paul Turner is unprincipled and negligent by not putting the appeal in court on time Paul is agreed that part of the delay to put the appeal not on time was happened from him I have evidences to prove that Public must aware their rights so that they can complaint in the Bar council or Legal Ombudsman about any barrister bad services It will depend which organisation will look your complaint Public can also take their barristers bad services to the court and can make a claim of their damages His assistants have no control over his clients application in case of Paul unavailability or they are not expert to put his client appeal on time and wait till Paul comes Vulnerable people please beware of them

If you want to waste your money time

If you want to waste your money time effort or any right of appeal then go imperium chambers Such a shameful disrespectful service Mr paul turner might be a good Barriester but after taking your money and after making commitment in first meeting he would never care about you sometime would even refuse to recognise you Office staff is so rude never pickup call You might go there to have Barriester mr paul tuner and will end up having someone someone to ruin your case I would highly recommend you to not go this imperium chambers please care about your family future and struggle find someone trustworthy and reliable person no money looter money hungry imperium chambers

Stay Away

Stay well clear of Mr Turner and his firm ie Imperium Chambers Nothing but a money hungry and morally bankrupt firm A reprobate lot Don t be gullible and fooled by the initial meeting As other reviews have stated Mr Turner will fail to reply and even so much as acknowledge your mails after initial payment received And his front of desk staff are the most impolite discourteous and rude that I ve met They will cause you nothing but undue needless angst in an already angst ridden situation as they have me I regret deeply choosing to see him when I did Stay and steer well clear of them if you cherish your sanctity of mind and spirit
