Definitely recommend I had a load of gloss paint stains stuck into the carpet in a public corridor of my apartment building All fixed within hour on a Saturday organised the day before and for a great price

Impulse have done an unbelievable job of getting two big rust stains out of my white carpet I can t believe how good the clean has been You can t see even the slightest trace I have used other companies in the past and always been disappointed I was recommended Richard and he did a simply amazing job

Richard was highly professional and he did an excellent job on my carpets that were full of pet urine stains and my home now smells lovely Richard also cleaned a spot of sick in my car and never charged me for doing this and he has sent me links to get some decent urine carpet stain remover Will definitely use Richard again

I had a carpet burn and Richard was very helpful in advising me on what to do Unfortunately he lives too far from me but he took time out of his day to video call me and see the Carpet burn and advise me on my best options He also put my details in a group chat to see if anyone closer to me is available to help Thanks Richard
