Corringham pool has been shut for a few months supposedly a refurb I thought great about time the pool will be properly deep cleaned along with all changing areas I was disgusted tonight on my first visit back the amount of grime on the pool walls Filthy Changing room no better and floor flooded People being allowed to walk in with outdoor shoes on Disgusting

Bad Customer Relations Poor Organisational Skills

I use this centre to attend a pole fitness class which has been established there for the last seven years In the last two months my class has been cancelled due to this venue double booking and giving my instructor little to no notice whatsoever When asked for a refund they declined As an event organiser by profession this kind of attitude and poor business acumen would make me want to AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID It seems the establishment does not care how they treat people let alone care about their commitments to the businesses that use their facilities I would be intrigued to know why they keep double booking the space when quite clearly for the last seven year it has been used by the same instructor Unfortunately given how they treat inquiries I doubt an answer will ever be given I suspect the problem lies with the Management Booking team

Impulse Leisure Belhus Park play Heart Christmas all December in the gym It would be funny if we wasn t paying so much for the pleasure Just goes to show they don t work out themselves Complaints go unheeded

Managers and staff rude

Sick of this managed team They need go to training courses how to communicate with customers Dirty changing rooms just one time was okey in half year Biggest problem staffs rude and managers don t have any skills how to talk with customers

Never having been to the gym I joined Blackshots Grays and was really excited This soon ended because there is no support at all The swimming pool changing area look dirty Noticing that I was attending less and less and paying a lot of money I stopped the membership since I had been made to believe I was on a contract free membership The staff were so rude and the manager was worse I made a complaint but before I knew it I had a recovery company asking me to pay a ridiculous amount of money Please avoid avoid impulse leisure centre Blackshots

My exciting first visit to corringham pool

All excited I am 60 years old and have not been swi ming for ages first aaua git class No 50 p gor the locker the apathetic staff shrugged their shoulders and said they could or wouldn t change a pound do clever me I we t yo the vending machine put in 2 pounds for a 1 50 purchase to aquire 50p the machine ate my money and didn t even give me drink I did ask for assistance from the apathetic staff but they did not care they said I must call a number in Kent I called said number and got an answer machine The staff were not rude but I had the distinct impression I was being regarded as a thief I went home Thanks for an experience I hope never to repeat
