Every time I go to an In and Out
Every time I go to an In and Out Restaurant the service has always been outstanding I have never had to reorder because something was missed or what was in the bag was not what I ordered FYI I used to work at the store in Covina on Arrow Hwy back in the 60 s

Fantastic Customer Service by In-N-Out
I had a small issue with a meal I ordered at one of their restaurants so I left a message for them with my comments I received a phone call the SAME DAY from IN-N-Out Customer Service they asked questions and resolved the issue immediately You can t reach most companies these days no matter how long you are willling to wait but to hear the same day a Saturday no less is unbelievable I was already a fan but I m even a bigger fan now Way to go In-N-Out
