I ordered my products on 7 14 17 and I still have not received it It has not even been shipped I sent emails to ask and got no responses This is bad Update After sending many emails without getting any responses I got my package today 7 27 but missing the stone mortar Pestle the most expensive items I sent another email and still cannot get a response This is a very bad way to do business

Bad Online Shop Ever
If they have No star i would pick that one Because 1 star is very generous Never ever buying stuff from this online store VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They seems not ready to have a business I bought from this store a week ago 3 23 2020 and i have never received anything Yes they get my money already I cant cancel i emailed 3 times but no one reply Tried to call a couple of times but no one pick up How can you not responded to your customers questions It seems that the store is never existed DONT SHOP HERE NOT RECCOMENDED AT ALL WE HAVE TO REPORT THIS

Zero star
If I can give them zero star I will It s been over a month now and I have not received any shipping confirmation My credit card has been charged I have sent couple of emails to check on the status to no avail I tried calling but no one is picking up I understand there is a pandemic going on but it did stipulates in their website of 7-10 days turnaround time If you cannot furnish the order at least keep us updated or reply to our queries This is just bad non existent customer service
