I am extremely disappointed with IndusInd Bank s loan service Despite paying my loan amount in advance on time they continue to charge me unnecessary fines The reason given is ECS passed account had insufficient balance which is untrue I have tried to resolve this issue but the bank s customer service has been unhelpful I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this bank as they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction Unfair business practices and poor service deserve a poor rating

Worse bank to bank with Deducts money for no reason in the name of some debit card which i dont even have Deducts random money even if online transactions failed And should wait 30-40 days to get some update on that IT infrastructure is like primary school website any online merchant can deduct money as they wish even if you authorise for 10rs OTP

One of the worstest bank on the planet They ask if want personal loan and all Take all your documents login to cibil do address verification and everything at the end they will inform you that loan is rejected for no reason My cibil score and repayment structure of other bank loan is perfect Simply they are one disastrous bank Stay awayNever ever take loan from here NEVER no matter how tempting the offer is They just timepass with you Im writing this negative review because not for rejection of loan but they made me wait so long and afer doing all process and rejected for no reason

Worst experience from this bank and the customer support guys They deduct the money without any information and when you call the customer support team and explain them your issue then they will not co-operate with you and they will directly disconnect the calls without solving your queries and they speak very rudely the customer support team and the complete staff is worst They are earning from our money and they are just behaving very rudely I am going to post this on social media

Worst experience I have with this bank Its been seven days but my account is not open yet They said you have to deposit 20 000rs we will immediately open your account I have deposited it but my account is not open They are saying they are having gps problem If they now the problem they should solve it But they are making excuses I suggest know one should open their account in this bank

The worst Bank to Deal with they promise a lot but do not deliver at all I wanted to open an account and was contacted by one of the representatives from the thane branch and my account was opened in Thane instead of Khar West as i am a resident of Khar Getting in touch with their customer service Phone Banking in specific is a pain however this does not end and there is a list of issues with this bank as i have also written a review on the Banks portal and i know they will never get in touch with you to resolve your issues Complete waste of time
