This must be a scam site ordered 27Sept the tracking number they provide only shows the label created that is the carrier that delivers it once it arrives to the US called emailed and finally got them on chat kept delaying comments as they reported it shipped no tracking number in initial shipment asked for a refund and they reported that takes two weeks so reported it to my bank to defund the transaction

Very bad experience and very bad customer service

My experience with this company very bad they took my money for almost 30 days I buy from them 4 mats for my car and after that they don t answer the phone when they text you back they text you around 3 AM and you are sleeping not respecting for your time They don t know how they talk with the customer and they don t give me my money back and I don t receive my items I waste my time for nothing and they don t give me my money back until now and they I have all the text message with them to prove for you guys so please everybody be careful from like this company that is my experience With them date of experience from November 28 to December 24 and is still until Now I don t receive my money or my items

READ BEFORE YOU PURCHASE Subject Urgent Concern Regarding Non-Delivery and Lack of ResponseTo Whom It May Concern I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the appalling lack of customer service from Indy Mats Over the past year I have been trying to get a replacement for an order I placed but despite my repeated efforts I have received no response or resolution I have called your listed phone number over 100 times and sent more than 75 emails yet I have been met with complete silence This level of unresponsiveness is beyond unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the legitimacy of your business practices At this point it is evident that Indy Mats takes customers money and then disappears The absence of communication or accountability makes it clear that this company is operating in a highly suspect manner To anyone considering making a purchase from Indy Mats PLEASE DON T WASTE YOUR TIME AND HARD-EARNED MONEY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM I strongly advise against doing business with them as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare I urge your company to address this issue immediately Failing to do so will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter through consumer protection agencies online reviews and legal action if necessary

When I ordered my custom mats from Indy Mats the ordering process went very smooth Delivery of my mats came about 3 weeks later Quality of the mats was great however there was a mistake made in the logo of the mats I emailed Sarah and we clarified by photos what the mistake was Within 3 weeks I received a full set of corrected mats that look great in my Jaguar SVR and fit beautifully Sarah provided great customer service and the workmanship and fit of the mats is wonderful

This company is great Wonderful customer service I ordered purple mats but they sent black The thing is they told me to keep the black mats but they also sent the purple That s awesome The mats fit my GMC Terrain perfectly and they look really sharp Well made It takes some time to get them but it s worth the wait
