I had ordered the wrong ring size and I emailed them Eliza then responded to me guiding me on which size I should get and sent me the replacement before I posted the old ring back to them She was truly amazing and sent the new ring with special delivery the product is amazing and top quality as well you honestly can t go wrong

I recently bought an engagement ring from infinity diamond and we could not be more pleased with the ring and the customer service given I would like to give a special thanks to Elize who from start to finish answered any of my questions and kept me informed on the rings progress After receiving the ring unfortunately I had ordered the wrong size I emailed Elize and she told me to send the ring back and they would re size and return free of charge Received the ring back and they have done an excellent job I would highly recommend infinity diamond any time Thank you
