Having experienced an issue with the length of the dresses which did not suit the bridesmaids I contacted the support team I received a swift response to be able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion and received a full refund This company is not UK based but provided great customer service

Their customer service was excellent I was a bit concerned when the payment had gone but I had no confirmation email But I emailed and they responded immediately and reassured me they would look into it Then contacted me again with 24 hrs to confirm it was on its way It arrived promptly and fits beautifully I am really happy with the dress and the service

The dresses are exactly as the picture I have seen them on another site for double the price The colour is beautiful dusky blue and we are travelling abroad for our wedding are ideal to fold and take the bandeau is an added option free and perfect as some of my bridesmaids want to wear and some done customer service is very prompt too
