I m just starting out on my motor biking journey and I popped into the shop one evening Rebecca was very knowledgable and guided me through the kit Despite being a novice there was no pressure to buy but I will be back as I ve got a voucher to enjoy from my riding school I ll definitely be back thank you

I arrived early at the Glasgow branch on a Tuesday morning and was greeted by Duncan I was pretty sure I knew what I was looking for so I asked directly about looking at the Scorpion exo 930 helmet I was pleased to be told that there was plenty in stock and Duncan led me to the rear of the store where most of the helmets were on display So just a case of getting the right size now or so I thought Today I found out that my head isn t quite the shape many manufacturers hope for Unfortunately my chosen model just wasn t the right fit either too tight front to back or too loose altogether Thankfully I had Duncan to exercise all his knowledge and expertise to painstakingly work his way through all the available options and find me a good fitting lid that ticked all the boxes Couldn t be happier with my decision to go in store over online shopping

Eli and his colleague was extremely helpful helpped me with my new shoe gt air 2 helmet and put up the intercom system and the fog visor Very helpful and gave me good advise on which helmet to chose to fit my head Much appreciated

Faulty Helmet

I had an issue with a helmet I had only purchased 1 month ago so took it back in I spoke to Carla who did everything in her power and more to exchange the helmet for me even though it had past the return date but because of the issues with the helmet model before they made an exception on this occasion I really appreciate the help and professionalism of the team at the Glasgow store and I will return for many future purchases Thank you

Just been down today to get some new

Just been down today to get some new boots staff were always welcoming friendly no pressure Decided to buy some boots and mentioned I struggle with pant due to short leg the lady said hang on a sec I have an idea came back with an absolutely perfect fitting pair of pants I was expecting them to cost a lot but they were very reasonable I feel a lot safer now knowing my trousers are the right fit These guys are amazing soooo much to choose from its gonna cost me a fortune haha

Great Staff at Farnborough

Recently visited the Farnborough store to purchase some new gloves and found I had picked up a screw in my rear tyre on the way over Henry was very knowledgable on the selection of gloves in store and when I mentioned the screw in the tyre he stayed late to assist me in using a tyre sealant product that I was not aware of and I was able to ride home again Really friendly staff and a nice store very happy with my new gloves as well - thank you Henry
