I was recommended to INF through a colleague at work his mom had an accident a few years prior and I have paid the claim really well So when I called them and said that I work for Accenture they said that I was available to get a corporate rate if I told everyone I knew Of course I obliged because I really do believe in the product And now I m sharing my experience on their trustpilot oh thanks INF

So good so far I bought this plan a couple months back at the behest of my wife for her parents Typically we go with a cheaper option but i was recommended on visitors coverage for INF Elite We live in a snowy area in Indiana and my father in law slipped on the ice a few weeks back Took him to the Er was completely cashless Just filled one claim form that Mandy helped me with They also set up follow up appointments with the orthapedic i dont know if everyone gets this white glove service- but with everything going on it made my life much easier

I bought INF insurance for the first time earlier this year My mom had kidney issues in the past- these guys offer the only coverage that will take care of any complications from kidney issues The plan was pricey but worth 100 the peace of mind

I recently came to INF via my own experience with another company called Eight Rounds INF provided a much better claims experience Although you need to follow the procedures correctly- they actually do pay claims When I had a plan from the other company- my dad had a heart attack due to a complication from COVID-19 This other company said they cover covid but really left me holding the bag After doing some research on the web facebook I came across INF- they actually paid some covid related complications expenses later on for mom who was also exposure and were a good partner to have when I needed to use them

I tried INF for the first time after years of going with other companies They reason i chose inf is because they have the highest comprehensive coverage for people who are like my father age 75 Most of the other companies dont offer as high coverage I also felt comfortable because the underwriter is based in the US not lloyds of london

BMI VIP plan

I took the BMI VIP plan for my mother Needed only once I contacted them regarding the sickness They promptly booked an appointment with the doctor in an urgent care I went there with my mother As per the plan didn t need to pay anything out of pocket and everything was taken care of The medicines were sent to the nearest pharmacy and medicine cost was also approved for reimbursement One caveat if the GP refers for a specialist you need to wait till the medication provided by GP is complete before reaching out to specialist The customer care service is also really good I talked to Prakash multiple times in order to understand which plan is good for me and he explained all the benefits for the plans in details patiently

Prakash is helpful courteous and responsive He helped me enroll in the INF elite plan since my dad had a prior heart surgery I am happy with the service provided by the plan- when i needed to use it it actually worked Dad was experiencing some stomach issues and we took him to El Camino here in the bay He had a case of ulcertive coilitus- which was covered by the plan Prakash helped me with the claims and gave me confidence during the ordeal You may have to pay a hefty premium but the service and quality are top notch
