Untrustworthy company with delayed refund
I strongly recommend staying away from this company. They have continued to make excuses to avoid issuing my refund. It has been two months, and they still claim they are waiting for their delivery partner, Tuffnells, to return the final furniture item, even though it was sent back weeks ago. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
