I would give 6 stares if i could but 5 will do for now so let me explain wher my love and loyalty comes from I have been with ING DIRECT for over 10 years and have my superanuation with ing as well as an everyday account savings maximiser which i manage with my app and one VISA DEBIT CARD mind you it has no account keep fee AND i never get charged when useing other atm TOTAL FREE infact ING gives me 0 50c every time i make a purchase and get cash out It adds up The maximiser account attached to my orange everyday gives me a good intrest rate on my savings My account has pay I D and other good features like no dishonor fee ever also my superanuation account seriously kicks butt compaired to other funds because they have great investments and very fair and low on fees Also a good part about banking for me is the fact i can do it all in Australia post for free as ING dont have branches they only have head office in sydney CBD so this means the savings get pased on to ME ONE MORE IMPORTANT FACTAll the phone banking operators are in AUSTRALIA so when i call regarding my superanuation fund Alison sometimes answers the phone and says to me Hi my name is Alison can i start with your name Hi Alison my name is OMER ASKIN Hi Omer i remember speaking to you last week regarding how can i help you Amazing how i never had to wait 10 years on the phone and the customer service is very personal profetional and can speak to me in great australian english without the 4 second lag on the phone due to IP Telephone systems they use in you know where I could keep going on and on there is lots more Also must add the fact the ORANGE card and lion logo compliments my wallet Well these are my honest reasons why I love ING DIRECT the multi national Dutch banking and financial services corporation that has headquartered in Amsterdam ThankyouO Askin
