Still waiting on ink ordered 13 days

Still waiting on ink ordered 13 days ago Not shipped yet by the looks of things on the shipping information Where is it being shipped from I selected standard delivery which is 4-6 days

Not Acceptable

Purchased a double pack of own brand ink cartridges The first pack did not work I asked for a refund on the second pack The company advised to open the second pack and to try the black ink again This did not work - even though they say that the cartridges are compatible The only offered a refund on the two black cartridges even though I had originally asked to return the full unopened pack Do not purchase own brand as does not work and there is minimal ink in each cartridge

DONT GO NEAR THEM

don t go near them ink didn t arrive had to claim refund from credit card company in the end Archetypal internet scam artists ie website but despatched from Germany

None of the cartridges they sent me worked in my printer even though they were meant to be compatible Every time I contacted them they gave me ridiculous suggestions as to how to get them to work Avoid avoid avoid

Ordered ink for the first time from this company Never again They were late arriving to start with and when they did I open them one leaked everywhere They dont even work in my printer to say they are supposed to be compatible Definitely not ordering from here again

absolute bs from this company

absolute bs from this company site says order fulfilled no goods received charming but useless phone i have a company and business at same address ink ie says they can only deliver to a private address there is a shop on ground floor which takes my parcels i live overhead - excuses excuses and lies dont buy from them sean ahern 0862595247

Ordered ink for the first time from them paid 9 99 to have it the next day they put the wrong address on the envelope and it took ups 3 days to deliver it I sent an email looking for my money back they did not respond there does not seem to be anyone answering the phone either I would not recommend dealing with them
