Took my money gave me a non working code and won t answer any emails im contacting my credit card company and reporting fraud

To reset my printer I ordered a keycode and downloaded the software for 9 99 But the program did not see the printer so it didn t worked out I did not even have the possibility to enter or use the keycode and still no refund
