Great service doing what s best for the customer

We contacted Inkfil in Chester to get a replacement ink cartridge for our small printer They didn t stock our make but went out of their way to speak to their supplier and get us one that was compatible The first cartridge they got didn t suit our printer but that was no problem They were able to swap it for another one which was a fit Adrian delivered the cartridge both times in person and made sure the replacement one worked There was no extra cost This to us was going above and beyond great customer service Highly recommend to all
