Horrible service
Horrible service Giving 1 star because i can t give 0 Every time you call you re told something else On 1 8 22 after getting again a different answer asked to talk with manager but was not allowed Cancelling contract before it even starts Never happened to me having such bad energy company experience

Very bad customer service management
Very bad customer service management After the solar panels were installed we had made an agreement that we would end the current contract and create a new one by changing owners at no cost For the past two months it s been a succession of calls that are only leading to problems for me and my tenant because of this situation We called more than 20 times the client service and never reached a solution

Unprofessional
I ve been reached by consumind on 10 09 22 to change energie supplier and they offered me a fixed monthly payment of 93 euros and you charging me 287 euros I ve agreed because I m payment 150 euros per month on my current energy supplier The guy from Consumind said that the amount could change because you take the last 3 years history from the house consume but he also told me if that happens I can call Innova and you will fix back to the fixed amount and that I have 14 days reflexion period I sent an message asking about that on 20 09 2022 and you took 7 days to asnwer me In the e-mail you told me I can only reduce the amount in 15 so I answer right away that I would like to cancel this agreement because you are not able to keep your word in the agreement I called the Innova customer support today and I talked to a completely changed and impolite lady who was rude to me and treated me in a very nasty manner and hung up the phone while i was talking to her to try to resolve this situation I would like to know how this is going to be solved because I m getting very stressed about that and taking me a lot of time and energy and also this is affecting me mentally

NOT RECOMMENDED - no final notice email even after 6 weeks deadline
been a customer for a year during my time things went smoothly when I was paying them money but now that I want to see how much they owe me they are not answering did not get the final notice email yet even though it s been well past 6 weeks an not one is answering me I will not recommend using their services if that is how they handle their business

Appalling customer service
Appalling customer service This company is an absolute train wreck I was a customer until October last year and I m still in the process of wrapping this mess up They were months too late with the final invoice It was also missing a cash back I contacted them about this Per phone Per e-mail Multiple times I sent them a notarized letter Nothing Just crickets in the distance Meanwhile they were sending me reminders then threats of collection agencies etc Months pass and I receive a letter from a collection agency They want to collect for this circus I sent Innova one more very detailed letter about the mess they ve created and I get a 2 line e-mail back We ve paid you this cashback Which wasn t the right amount or labeled as a cashback so you need to pay the invoice Contact the collection agency for paying the invoice Basically what Innova is saying is We don t care about you as a customer at all We don t care that you ve been trying to reach us in multiple ways for months We don t care that we created a huge confusing mess You are here for one thing and one thing only and that is to pay us money I d pay significant amounts of money to not have to deal with any company with customer service this bad again
