I have been seeing Ben for many years

I have been seeing Ben for many years now initially in his role as a physiotherapist to sort out what was then a chronic lower back problem Having used his expertise to get my back from a place of often leaving me incapacitated for weeks to at worst being occassionaly and mildly irritating I now also use Ben as a personal fitness trainer at which he is equally skilled and professional Knowing my body so well he is able to focus on those areas of my general fitness that he knows will be most beneficial As well as being a highly skilled and professional clinician and fitness instructor Ben is an extremely approachable relaxed and affable individual to the extent that I now consider him to be as much a friend as a fitness instructor physiotherapist I would highly recommend both him and Brad who has also treated me occasionally to anyone who requires treatment or wishes to improve their general wellbeing Clive Jackson
