I m very pleased with my Inogen It s very portable the batteries last quite a while and are easily rechargeable and it provides sufficient oxygen for my needs I m also very pleased to find that my insurance may reimburse me for the cost of the machine I also want to compliment Emily the saleslady for her support Incidentally the instructions for the Imogen s care are quite clear which is not the case with many modern implements such as smart phones My Imogen has made it possible for me to resume my normal activities which the RSV virus compounded by existing COPD had severely limited I am very grateful that this machine exists

Attention to detail answering every question I had and making it easy for me to select the right equipment for me The sales associate Jen was so professional and was very attentive to be sure I purchased just what I needed

Outstanding Customer Service

I purchased a G5 a little over three years ago After one year I found it necessary to fiddle with the cannula in order for me to receive oxygen I called customer service and they sent me a brand-new unit even though I told him my problem was only sporadic The new unit work absolutely perfectly for a little over the next two years Then I got an indication that the columns needed replacement which is something that is usually necessary after two years of use I ordered a new column but found it impossible to get to seat properly I again called customer service for help and was informed that my warranty had expired two months earlier However despite the fact that my warranty had expired Inogen offered to replace my unit with a brand-new one I was amazed They certainly had it within their right not to do anything but they nevertheless went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Needless to say I am a customer for life

I love my innogen I love how light it is and able to go places that I haven t been able to go so very happy and grateful -

I m learning how to handle the unit in driving a vehicle

I m learning how to handle the unit in such a way that I don t look cumbersome The supply of oxygen is very satisfying and I m recognizing how my whole system needs it 24 7

Imogen changes your life

The sales rep was responsive and made great recommendations I am a leukemia survivor with GVHD of the lungs which has significantly limited my mobility Imogen has freed up my life

Great customer service

I received the G4 in July and like it much more than the previous brand I had The double battery I got was only charging to 92 I called and customer service shipped a new one immediately Easy fast efficient

My Gen-X oxygen concentrator is not

My Gen-X oxygen concentrator is not working property and under warranty For months I tried to find out who to contact I went back to the company that I purchased it from I would like to amend my comments Inogen DID NOT manufacture this unit My apologies Their customer service to identify this was very helpful

My Inogen one G5 unit is still

My Inogen one G5 unit is still trucking It s getting cranky and it s old age but it s still works and I m looking forward to being able to get the new G6 I hear it is awesome
