Works very well for object removal I have only really used the feature to demonstrate how areas looked before changes have been implemented and have been pleased Not perfect but Very impressive

Resolving software issues

I have had several problems with the software mainly log-in and license issues But after contacting customer service all these problems were solved promptly by e-mail and or chat The software itself is awesome and upgrading comes in very handy THANK YOU

Change pic background

Jake not the State Farm dude helped me chat session with removing the background from a picture He sent me a couple links to videos but I insisted he provide written instructions right there in the chat to see step by step process Jake did exactly that Final result I now know how to do it My goal was to change the pic background to just plain white I need this for a passport picture Turns out the inPixio software has a wide variety of cool graphics that ship right there in the app for adding to background But just a boring and plain white one NO So I have to either create my own or download one What a HACK not very user friendly for such a basic capability

Ginger was great She was patient when answering all of my questions and helping me understand She also fixed my problem by processing a refund for the over charge and I am just waiting for it to process

The software itself is making my experience great because I discover day by day new things that I couldn t know myself I have been waiting for so long to be a member of inPixio Application I can say now that I am very satisfied
