Life changing supportive and actionable counselling

Working with Luke has been genuinely life-changing for me He has provided patient actionable and supportive counsel during the darkest period of my entire life and within months has enabled me to take real action to make positive habitual changes Previous experiences with counselling had been negative but working with Luke has been fundamentally different and more helpful to me I believe that Luke s experiences alongside his qualifications make him a truly exceptional counsellor and I would recommend his support to anybody who felt they needed it

I had an incredible journey with Sharon from Lisa Inside Addiction From the first session I felt genuine compassion and connection which helped me to open up myself and mind to the purpose I think I booked a double session for the second She was challenging at a level I felt comfortable encouraging me to find the answers I had within always understanding never judging After just a few sessions everything began to get clearer I noticed improvements in myself and my life I was taking actions I had never dared to face and life just got better This continued throughout The handouts and worksheets really helped to simplify some of the things I had going on in my head - would recommend paying close attention to these this is your own responsibility you are accountable to yourself for this Its as much about what you put in that determines what you get out I was sad to end the journey with Sharon but knew that my personal journey had only just begun and feel confident I have the tools and inner strength to continue growing enjoying each day and each challenge and celebrating each success as it comes Whilst I will never be in control of my emotions I can chose how I react to them - this realisation was truly life changing I am in a place I would much rather be now and can t even imagine going back Looking forward to continuing with monthly meetings and glad to have found someone I can rely on in future should life throw a me curveball and I need the support In terms of value for money this was really very good indeed I didn t ever feel timed or rushed It felt like having a true friend that genuinely cared You can pay a lot more but I m not sure you d necessarily get better The team get my wholehearted endorsement
