They are extraordinarily unresponsive repeated experiences including today and have a don t call us we ll call you attitude after speaking to their corporate office I m a job seeker and depend highly upon the ability to contact recruiters to ask questions because they are usually the only point of contact Being routinely locked out by this company is offensive and bad customer service

Lack of Insight and Communication

Completely unprofessional First I had a recruiter contact me about a position 2 phone screens in the same day then completely ghosted Then a different recruiter contacts me about a different job saying I m a great fit until he emails back saying I have the experience but not the right aesthetic style so his Account Manager doesn t want to meet me And now a third time a different recruiter contacts me about the original first position for which I was ghosted I take full responsibility for my resume experience but the unnecessary rejections HURT and I m concerned about a recruiting company that can t fill a position in 4-months Insight needs to work on its internal application process and their communication approach with candidates

I was contacted on LinkedIn by Aubree Simper from Insight Global regarding a job opportunity I asked for the job location to calculate the commute and also inquired about the salary range She provided the details and I expressed my interest sharing my contact number for the second time Despite this she never reached out to me again and ignored my follow-up attempts on LinkedIn Frustrated I decided to contact Insight Global directly They only provide three contact numbers 855 485-8732 855 485-8853 and 855 486-4057 All numbers lead to the same automated recording The recording offers three options 1 Assistance with payroll HR or benefits for existing consultants2 Connection with Hiring Partners for hiring managers3 Job seekers looking for employmentHowever when selecting option 3 you are simply redirected to jobs insightglobal com and the call disconnects leaving no opportunity to speak to anyone It s clear that Insight Global lacks proper oversight of its staff If you are ghosted or treated unfairly there is no way to report it allowing their employees to continue engaging in poor business practices without any accountability

I ve had a disappointing experience with Insight Global Despite applying to a select few roles for which I was more than qualified based on the job descriptions I wasn t able to land even a single interview It s frustrating to see a lack of follow-through or feedback that could help me understand how to improve or why my applications didn t progress As someone who meets the stated qualifications and brings valuable skills and experience I expected more transparency and engagement from a recruitment agency of this caliber I hope Insight Global takes steps to improve communication with candidates and provide meaningful feedback to ensure a better experience in the future

As a potential employee who closely matches the job descriptions of roles I ve applied to it s incredibly disheartening to never receive an opportunity to interview despite my qualifications and alignment with the listed requirements I ve applied to multiple roles where my skills experience and background were a direct match yet I was overlooked each time without any feedback or acknowledgment It leaves me questioning whether the hiring process is genuinely aimed at finding the best candidates or if it s merely a checkbox exercise What s even more frustrating is the lack of transparency in the process It s difficult to improve or adapt when there s no communication about why my application wasn t considered or what I could do differently This experience has made me feel undervalued as a potential contributor to the company especially when I ve put in the effort to tailor my applications to match the specific needs of the roles I understand that companies receive a high volume of applications but it s disappointing to see roles I m qualified for reposted or remain unfilled for months while I as a strong candidate am never given a chance This suggests either inefficiencies in the hiring process or a lack of genuine interest in giving capable candidates an opportunity Overall this experience has been disheartening and has made me question the fairness and effectiveness of the hiring process As someone eager to contribute and grow within the company I expected more consideration for the effort I ve put into applying for roles I m fully qualified to perform

Avoid Insight Global like the plague

If I could give this company zero stars I would There is no way I believe this is a real company I don t believe they have any jobs to offer I am certain that whatever they listed was made up I had recruiters in their Tampa and Pittsburgh offices who refused to return calls texts or emails When I gave both offices negative reviews on Google and Yelp I had one of their social media people reach out to me She told me she would get another recruiter to call me I told her if one of their recruiters can get me a job I would take down all negative reviews No one ever called me She didn t return my messages either The reviews are still up I have technical and managerial experience I am an extremely qualified job candidate I am convinced this company is a scam They are only there to gather your information and sell it

Complete garbage

Recruiters had no idea what position I was even applying for They led me to believe it was going to be a completely different position than it actually was and I went in totally unprepared because of that I looked like an ass during my interview They were of no help at all during the process even though they promised to prep me They were late to phone calls and ghosted me after my interview What angers me the most is that they tried to sell their services to my REFERENCES and they were incredibly pushy about it All these recruiters did was make me look bad to future employers and past employers Their terrible communication and lack of understanding about the position literally cost me an opportunity at my dream job I can confidently say I would have performed better at my interview if I had found the position myself Unfortunately it was not publically listed
