Great bike shop

Bought a great bike - Orro Terra - and the service was excellent Really good people very knowledgeable and excellent service Recommended

Bodged something as simple as in inner tube

I had a full service done by these guys whole drive chain new tyres mudguards etc at a cost of 400 pounds Later I needed new brake callipers and bought them here despite being able to get the cheaper online in order to support my local bike shop By any standard a good customer Unfortunately I was then plagued by punctures 5 in 2 months On replacing an inner tube I noticed that it was too big for my tyres When I brought this up with the manager he was adamant that despite it being for an mtb it was the right size for my 700c wheel However this inner tube is als for tyres between 1 85 and 2 2 inches 47 to 55 mm which is indeed too big for my 40mm tyres In the several months since putting the correct tube in not one puncture There is no excuse for using this ill fitting tube it wasn t like an emergency I had booked the bike in for this work giving them a couple of weeks to be sure that they had all of the correct parts In stead of owning the error and offering to put it right the manager was determined to be right now I go elsewhere Well done one lost customer over an inner tube Dave Smith

Outstanding customer service

Bought some components for my bike that I couldn t find elsewhere I paid 1 for premium delivery and they arrived 23 hours later Incredible service seeing as they are based up north and I m down south

Excellent independent bike shop Ran a Ebike battery warranty issue through them and they have sorted a replacement in about 10 days I didn t even get the bike from them as I lived away from the area at The time They have Plenty choice of bikes from economical as well as the very high end choices Tech help available and spare parts too Highly recommended
