No Communication
20 weeks since I enlisted this firm in a no chain cash purchase of a house I ve received 1 communication from my solicitor at the firm Emails go unanswered phone calls don t make it beyond their switchboard I get a false promise of an update to reach me the following day only to be left expecting an email or phone call that never happens I ve had nothing but trouble and even after filing complaints through their own communication channels have heard no feedback on these

1 star is to much for this sxxt company
1 star is to much for this sxxt company from start to finish of me buying my first house as been a nightmare it was completed may 3rd im still wating for my tr1 form ive been calling constantly and i never get past the dead eye women that don t give a sxxt and as for my case handler James i never spoke to him in person all communications is with emails good luck speaking to the the person you pay 1400 ive told them i need the tr1 so i can extend to make a bed room for my son buy they dont give a sxxt and they refuse to give me my tr1 im starting to think there is no tr1 DONT USE THIS COMPANY LOOK AT THE REVIEW UNDER MINE

So terrible the seller has pulled out
I m a cash buyer of a no chain Vacant property Inspire Legal were assigned as my 3rd party conveyancer with Janes Carroll as my solicitor by Home Legal Direct Initial communications was good and I instructed them on 10th May and they informed me they had received the contract on the 28th of May and what searches did I require I responded straight away and asked for local and environmental searches I then receive an email three weeks stating that I needed to go through Home Legal Direct to pay for these searches which did caused some delay as it was confusing which I will take responsibility for All communication was through John Jose up until this time By Mid July I was getting enquiries from the Estate Agent asking for a progress report she got in touch with my solicitor James Carroll who actually responded to her and said the delay was because of my late payment of the searches and once the local search came through then they would proceed The final search arrived on 06 August we re now on the 13th of September and I don t feel there has been any real progress I have rang numerous times for updates Only got to switchboard with promises that someone will ring me back they never have I have sent numerous emails with no response I ve never heard from my solicitor James Carroll in the whole time I ve been dealing with the company I did speak to Natalie Foster after submitting a formal complaint who informed me the delay was caused by system issues within the company and they would get onto it now they are up and running was back in early August During this period i had the Estate Agent inform me that the sellers solicitor has had no response or communication throughout despite them informing me they received the contract back on the 28th of May So the seller has now put his house back on the market where it has been for the last month taking viewings This has come about on the advice of his solicitor just inspire as terrible And as I am a buyer I have informed inspire on a number of occasions that my property is on the market taking viewings because of their slow incompetent service but I don t think they really care about my situation The last communication I had was about a contract amendment for the buildings insurance policy as it doesn t satisfy the lender I am a cash buyer that is how out of touch Inspire Legal are with their clients They have breached their own client care policy and the SRA service and competence guidelines I never write reviews I do like to give people a chance to explain the situation or issues You can t do that without communication Do not use this company otherwise you ll find yourself in my Position where you think you have bought your dream property for your retirement after 38 years in the forces only to find that the sale is hanging by thread All you are now waiting for is the telephone call from the estate agent to inform you that the seller has got another buyer and will be selling to them as your legal company did not communicate and complete the sale within the reasonable timeframe of a cash buyer

Avoid at all costs
We were put in touch with Inspire Legal by Home Legal direct foolishly it was only Home Legals reviews we read Inspire Legal s complete lack of communication to all parties has contributed to the loss of our sale In 8 weeks they have not answered or returned 1 call to us the estate agents our mortgage advisor or our buyers solicitors We have also found out that they are not on Santander s panel Our mortgage advisor has made several attempts to contact them to discuss how they intend to deal with that but without success Their silence is a serious concern

Terrible company
Terrible company no communication at all with anybody there James Carroll mainly no return of calls or emails if home legal try and set you up with them run a mile Might lose the chain we are in because of them

Absolutely terrible company I wish there was a zero star rating option
Do not use this company They are terrible to deal with They ignore calls and emails and never get back to you They will make things worse for you not better and will probably mean you lose your sale or purchase as they simply do not care They should not be able to trade this way In the end I had to cancel the service and start with another Solicitor Avoid at all costs

Worst soliciting experience ive been in
A nightmare from start until the day of completion Arranged with both solicitors for a moving date all packed and ready to receive keys and could not get in touch with Inspire legal which was a constant theme throughout on the move date to only find out they had not even applied for funds despite having 80k of our money for nearly a week Absolutely no common courtesy or sympathy for customers situation or that their work effects people s lives A no chain purchase dragged out to 5 months and despite around 30 calls for a simple call back for an update the only time I received a call from the administration in charge of my case was the day they wanted the completion money It got to the point I had to travel 4 hours to visit the branch in person just to see if the company was a genuine company In fairness the CEO arranged for IL to get on top of our case it this was extremely short lived Could go on with more reasons this company will add to the stress and pressure of moving houses but will be going through formal procedures instead

Absolutely shocking
I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the appalling service provided by Inspire Legal Group From the very beginning the lack of communication and basic competence displayed by their team has been shocking It s clear that client care is not a priority for this firm Despite numerous attempts to get updates on our case emails and calls went unanswered for weeks on end We were left completely in the dark with no information on the progress of our matter This level of unresponsiveness is not only unprofessional but it caused us significant stress and delays It s unacceptable for a legal firm to treat its clients with such disregard After growing increasingly concerned we were forced to submit a formal complaint It s been weeks since we sent that and still we ve had no acknowledgment or response This shows a total lack of respect for their clients and an inability to handle issues or complaints The sheer incompetence of their staff is staggering Simple tasks were mishandled and errors were made which we had to point out ourselves It was clear that they had no control over our case and no one seemed to care about fixing the problems they caused We deeply regret ever using Inspire Legal Group If you re looking for a firm that values your time communicates effectively and provides competent legal services look elsewhere This firm is an absolute disaster and I would never recommend them to anyone

Absolutely shocking - why do Home Legal Direct use this firm
Inspire Legal are without fear of contradiction the worst company I have ever had dealings with in my 58 years on the planet Communication is non existent unless you threaten to drive all the way to Scarborough and bang on their door So far I have had 9 promises of a call back - two missed scheduled calls that they arranged with me I have also had an admission that my file sat on someone s desk for 3 weeks and no one even looked at it Also countless unanswered emails My formal complaint I made in writing has not even been acknowledged after more than 2 weeks I have had to pay for all my possessions to be put into storage as my house is sold I will now have to pay for a second removal fee when they eventually complete 8 weeks in now for a simple cash sale and I am still very much in the dark I am living in a temporary accommodation and I have now booked to go abroad all because Inspire Legal don t do what you pay them to do Please don t make the mistake I made trusting them with your home purchase Thankfully this will be my first and last dealings with Inspire Legal

EDIT- I am a real client and the company know this I wonder how many of their clients have emigrated to Australia The fact that they are denying this shows what type of company they are I don t know where to start Our case was started in May and we gave clear instructions we were emigrating in September october the sale would need to go through by then We weren t in a chain neither was our buyers straight forward you might think Communication is non existent Formal complaint was lodged in September which has STILL not been acknowledged We had a change in solicitor but wasn t informed about this until I finally managed to speak to someone Manager was rude Never spoken to a solicitor in no other profession would you get away with not speaking to your clients They have breached their code of conduct on numerous occasions Our house sale completed yesterday and they haven t paid us the money for the sale We are currently in austrailia trying to start again and this is stress we did not need Trust me when I say AVOID
