I have been using Walmart for grocery

I have been using Walmart for grocery delivery and my experience has always been terrible You could never get anything delivered I decided to give Instacart a try and I was very pleased They had everything I wanted and was delivered on time I hope I keep having such a good experience with Instacart because I am finished with Walmart

Today-1st time user

Today I used Instacart for the first time I am trying out delivery services at the moment due to being without a running vehicle The process to set up my account was extremely easy The Instacart shopper that accepted my order Krissi was amazing I had a 9 to 11 item order one item was not available and the shopper communicated with me via text to see what I would like in its place So overall great communication low fees and great service I will definitly be using Instacart again I highly recommend as long as you receive great service stick with Instacart

Johns pantyhose and stockings

Instacart customare care is the best I talked to an agent today and she was kind and helpful I want to stock up on my stockings and pantyhose and she helped me make plans to do that I will order from Instacart again and again I love my stockings and pantyhose John

Rating doesn t match my experience

I ve been using Instacart for years Express member as well Every time I ve had an issue rare I have had no issues with support resolving them to my satisfaction Yes they hold additional funds but that is clearly stated Yes prices may be more expensive than in store and it s clearly stated on each store but this is a luxury service The bad reviews don t match the experience I ve had I ve been a customer since the early days and will continue using this service

Kudos to Instacart

Yesterday the Instacart shopper left my items outside my front door She didn t ring the bell or follow my instructions to ring the bell and hand the groceries to me As a senior I was not able to get two of the items up the stairs I was livid Bringing the groceries up the stairs is the reason I use them Though I didn t get much satisfaction talking with their customer service rep after I filed a complaint with the BBB Instacart came through with an excellent response Thank you and kudos to the corporate response team

I love Instacart

I love Instacart I live near Tampa Florida The shoppers and drivers do a great job Rarely has there been a mistake Groceries are packaged well and delivered on time The drivers are polite and friendly Instacart delivery is so much better than Walmart delivery I see online that some California Walmarts are contracted with Instacart I am keeping my fingers crossed that the same thing will happen in my area

I ve been ordering with instacart for about 2 years now Only had 1 time recently that my whole 75 order disappeared called customer service and the person was very nice and helpful and refunded my money to my acct in less than an hour

Im in London ontario I just used instacart for the first time and am WOW d The site was easy to navigate The service EXTR MELY fast and accurate My delivery person even left a ENJOY YOU FISH note on the bag First delivery was free Delivery people get 100 of their tips and they even offer a substitution comment box in case theyre out of what you re ordering DEFINATELY RECOMMEND

Great experience great service

We received our Instacart delivery from Linus yesterday He brought us groceries from Costco I ve used Instacart in Washington state and had a good experience so I fully expected good service And great service we got from Linus He was very polite let us know when he was filling our order kept us up to date and delivered in a very timely manner We were actually surprised how quick it went Thank you Linus We appreciate your thoughtful service
