Received my order and they were completely yellow When I questioned this they said it s because of the oils they use they look terrible The smell absolutely shocking The fresh linen smells like mothballs Don t buy these They re totally not worth It Mine have already gone in the bin

Awful customer service
Absolutely horrible experience Took ages to come and when delivered was damaged Contacted customer service where they interrogate me and ask me for the packaging and shipping label implying that I was lying to get a free air freshener Questioning as to why I contacted them 5 days after the post arrived to which I explained that I was away for work and wasn t there to open the package on the day it arrived Never gonna purchase anything and urge everyone not to either Doesn t worth at all The agen Natash was rude on email and made the whole experience even worse
