This company is not responding to my request for the license key It has been 3 days I will be filling a fraudulent transaction tomorrow if I do not receive a response

I never got the second email with my activation code I waited for 2 days and nothing came through I sent a couple emails to their help desk and tried calling them but no one ever got back to me on it I ended up just buying another license but it did the same thing so now I have purchased 2 separate Windows 11 Pro licenses and have the invoices for them but no activation codes so they are of no good to me
