Great service The company are fab kept me updated with delivery times etc and really happy with the product We had been wanting an airfryer for a while and this has changed everything would definitely recommend

excellent item and customer service

Item arrived quickly and I was updated promptly at each step There was an issue with the lid but after contacting customer service a replacement was ordered and I couldn t be happier with the product and the customer service I ll be buying at least one this Xmas for friends and family

Cold brewer - what a wonder

I got the Cold brewer a couple weeks ago and I absolutely love it It makes great cold brews of tea or coffee in 20mins max instead of an overnight traditional brew Tried it with various ground coffees coarse and fine and had no issues Same thing with teas tried fresh leaves as well as dried and everything came out very tasty Super easy to wash as the parts seperate and it goes in the diswasher I have had a great service all around and I am very happy

Problem solved in an Instant

My Instant Vortex 4 Air Fryer broke recently when the handle came completely detached from the basket I was 3 weeks out of warranty but emailed Instant Brands UK to see if they sold a basket replacement The customer service agents were very helpful and offered to replace the air fryer with a brand new one for free In less than 2 weeks I had received an upgraded version of the Vortex 4 Great product and great customer service Thank you Instant Brands UK

I absolutely love my new Versazone

I absolutely love my new Versazone air fryer It is so simple to use excellent size and allows me to dual cook different things at 2 different times and temperatures and then finish at the same time which is so handy The website is easy to navigate and the customer service has been friendly and helpful for the question I asked The Instagram page has recently given me some great ideas too which is helpful as a new user of air fryers

We LOVE it

My son has been mithering me to get the Instant Vortex after seeing it on You Tube it took me a while as we ve never had an air fryer but honestly we love it We ve only had it a week and we ve baked roasted air fryed so many things and can t wait to try more

Amazing Service

I rarely leave reviews but felt compelled after such a positive experience with instant where so often companies fail these days I love my airfryer and have used it religiously for around a year I was momentarily upset to find that the filter needed replacing and they were out of stock online at instant I reached out to instant over instagram for some help and they had the most amazing quick kind customer service Feeling very pleased and a very happy customer

After attempting to contact Instant Brands US at least 10 times over a period of 6 months concerning a dual air fryer I bought in May this year and not getting any replies I found the correct site in the UK Within 15 mins I received a reply I sent the details of the problem with photographs and relevant info I received another reply within 15 mins After about half an hour Instant Brands UK said they would send me a replacement unit They are also delivering it on Sunday brilliant You cannot better that I would like to add now that I have received my replacement Dual Air Fryer this afternoon 28th at 4pm Unbelievable this has to be the quickest response EVER

Massively recommend this company and the customer service department especially Jordan who dealt with my problem I purchased a ultimate air fryer which I must add is amazing I don know if my own fault but the catch on the pressure lid broke I contacted Lakeland who have sold out I wanted to keep my fryer so I emailed customer service of instant brands after a couple of emails I reviewed my new steamer putting lid today One very happy customer 100 serviceThank you
