UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE
I contacted the company by email sending all the requested information and they never bothered to reply despite reminders If they were able to ask for details clearly email was working so I can only presume they are rude and unprofessional Their loss REPLY I posted this review months ago so I am not sure why I got a reply now unless it s just damage limitation Firstly if you sent several emails they would have arrived Secondly I have always had a phone in fact I have two When sending an email and not requiring a phone call it would be pointless to add a phone number I anticipate the reason you did not bother to reply is because bicycle insurance in Spain is like gold dust you won t find any Given my bicycles costs more than normal people spend on cars I found them impossible to insure as do other cyclists My opinion of your service has not changed except to say that the response was polite though factually dubious SECOND REPLY I sent you an email you replied asking for bike and personal information which I supplied but I heard no more despite a reminder I have no malice but I also feel you are making it my problem when your mail cannot enter a junk or spam folder as that s not how my system is set up People who send emails don t necessarily want phone calls initially or in cases where written proof is beneficial I appreciate the offers of a discount etc but it was never about money I put high value on service and on this occasion perhaps I was just unlucky

Motor claim from December STILL unresolved
I still await assistance getting my car repaired This issue has unfortunately been placed in the hands of solicitors Re your response -I read with curiosity your response and wish only to make the following observations The original incident occurred on 17th December 2019 The state of emergency was imposed on 14th March 2020 The last communication from you was 28th February 2020 15 days before and interruption by Covid-19 by which stage my car had been repaired twice and damaged again by the recommended garage leaving me with a larger bill than the original claim This on top of doing ALL the running around to sort out the mess because we are short staffed can t you go to the garage yourself and No you don t have to pay the excess untill you are satisfied has left me seriously out of pocket No surprise then that I placed a rather ungracious score

Why would I have even asked for a quotation
Following my previous review and continuing to drive a seriously damaged vehicle unbelievably I have just received a message from this broker to inform me that my insurance is coming up for renewal They then told me that they could not offer me cover To be fair the previous years premium seems a waste of money as no resolution had been negotiated in regards to my claim last December I therefore had no intention of asking to be treated like that for a further year

Amused by the fact that 2 of the submitted reviews are by employees of the company James Graham and Jayne Wintle Avoid this company as they are totally inept with both communication and help We were not informed that the insurance company had changed from Liberty to Generali and our recent experience after a car break down was appalling We have received no reminder that either our house insurance was due for renewal 2 weeks ago and one vehicle out of 3 cars insured with them has also lapsed They are helpful and friendly whilst selling you a product and sadly it ends there

Avoid Unhelpful Unprofessional
As previously mentioned They are helpful and friendly whilst selling you a product and sadly it ends there Plus having two employees write 5 reviews shows how desperate they are I have been fobbed of and they are determined not to issue me with a refund for the remainder of the canceled policy Very unwilling to help and are not interested in trying to resolve theProblem just coming up with different excuses not very convincing Save yourself the Agrovation and use a different company
