Echoing the positive experiences of others on Trustpilot here Integrately s customer service team is very very good I had an issue with an integration between Aidaforms where a user submits a form and Documentero where the Aidaform form submissions get populated into a document template Specifically where I uploaded multiple images through Aidaforms only one of the images will be generated in the document by Documentero through the integration in Integrately I had multiple live Google Meets calls with multiple team members shoutout to Roshni for the exceptional help who went above and beyond to fix this issue It took them a few weeks to fix it and a lot of back-and-forth but they delivered in the end Leaving this positive review because I m ecstatic that the issue s been resolved In terms of the platform itself - they integrate with all the apps I use and the UX is very simple and intuitive Their pricing is also very fair and substantially more affordable than the competition Integrately s service is outstanding and I d highly recommend Integrately if they integrate with apps you use
